Why did i get Banned?: I got banned for saying the N word During in spectator voice chat in Cult of the mantis server 1

Why should i get Unbanned: hello im filipino in a age of 13 Ive been playing this games for months but when it comes to english server (which my favorite servers to join) i have to speak english but the word i avoid saying the N word is the word "neither" I keep saying neither But it goes in a very hard R I keep making those mistakes everytime even tho i speak english properly i just cannot say "neither" Just because i might say the N word. Thank you

Evidance: Ok I do not say neither every time in Cult of the Mantis voice chat But the thing how i pronounce 'neither" is just saying Nei-the-R But when it comes to say that It has a tiny sound of Letter G on the nei"THE"r in 'THE'
